On-Budget Guarantee
Budget is a primary concern of just about every client we work with, that's why we go lengths to ensure we maximize your every dollar. We prepare multiple excel estimations throughout the design process to stay close to your budget. We guarantee that at least one bid from our preferred contractors will be within 15% of our estimations or we will revise the plans to ensure this.

HOA Approval Guarantee
Over the past 10 years of business we have worked with many of the hardest HOA's/DRC's in Southern California. HOA's love our plans so much that several have added us to their ``preferred vendors`` list without us asking. To this day we have never had a set of plans with a major revision required. We guarantee that your plans will be approved, occasional revisions may be required, or we'll revise them free of charge until they are.

Contractor Bids
We help you reduce the gamble of hiring a contractor by reviewing bids and educating our clients on the tricks to look for, and how to compare apples to apples. Additionally we work with several top quality contractors with a proven history of high-quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and ethical behavior which we are happy to refer.

Free Photography
Take advantage of our free photography offer and receive a set of 8-12 professional quality photographs to show off to your friends and family. Our team will assist in staging your landscape to make it look it's best for it's big shoot. Often our projects draw the attention of national publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, which can increase your resale value.

Trade Discounts
We love to help our clients get the best projects for their money and one of the many ways we do that is by offering our trade discounts, when possible, to you. As design professionals we receive discounts throughout the industry ranging from 5% with Houzz.com to 40% with some pottery and material vendors. A few vendors include Restoration Hardware, Design Within Reach, and Architectural Pottery.

Free Observation
Construction Observation services are one of the most important elements in a project turning out as originally intended. With our services we are there from start to finish to help however you need, free of charge to our clients, with one of our preferred contractors. The contractors pay us for our time to assist the client, so they can focus on building the perfect project. Everyone wins. Includes a free Furnishings Plan and Pottery & Plants Plan.
