Note: If a Studio H preferred contractor is selected for the installation our fees for Construction Observation, phase III, will be paid by the contractor and there will be no charge to the client. This service allows us to recommend and work with a contractor that has a proven history of quality craftsmanship and service. Additionally, our long standing history with the contractor may allow us the ability to request reduced change order pricing and/or request revisions which generally would not be approved.
